  1. pH adjustment and extractant addition, add concentrated sulfuric acid to adjust the pH of the wastewater to an appropriate range (usually an acidic environment), and then add a complexing extractant (such as an amine extractant and kerosene mixed system) to form a complex between naphthalenesulfonic acid and the extractant.
  2. Use CWL-M centrifugal extractor to achieve rapid separation of wastewater and loaded extractant under high-speed rotation. After two-stage cross-current extraction, the COD removal rate of wastewater reaches 94.6%, and the COD of residual liquid is reduced to 1470mg/L, which directly meets the emission standards.
  3. Stripping and resource recovery, naphthalenesulfonic acid is separated from the extractant by stripping agent (such as alkaline solution), the extractant can be recycled, and the recovered naphthalenesulfonic acid can be directly reused in the production line.
