Tertiary carbonates have excellent hydrolysis resistance, and also have high heat resistance, weather resistance, and discoloration resistance. Therefore, they are widely used in many fields such as medicine, coatings, and pesticides. At present, the low-pressure carbonyl method is used to synthesize tertiary carbonic acid. The reaction conditions are mild, the reaction yield is high, and the operation is safer, but the separation of the catalyst and the product is difficult, the sulfuric acid consumption is large, and the pollution is serious. Therefore, it is very necessary to optimize the production process of tertiary carbonic acid.

With the development of science and technology, the extraction, separation and washing operation of trialkylacetic acid has also changed from the traditional method to a new process. At present, the advantages of the new process flow of trialkylacetic acid extraction are:
