
The NMP in the reaction solution is extracted with chloroform by the solvent extraction method, and the extraction equipment can be a centrifugal extractor. Select the extractant chloroform, determine the phase ratio of the two phases, then inject chloroform into the centrifugal extractor from the heavy phase inlet, inject NMP solution into the equipment from the light phase inlet and start the first stage countercurrent extraction. In this process, the light and heavy phases are first mixed in the mixing zone and the chloroform extraction of NMP is completed. Then the mixed phase enters the high-speed separation zone and the two phases are quickly separated. After that, the light and heavy phases are respectively subjected to the second and third stage countercurrent extraction in the subsequent centrifuge. The entire extraction process of chloroform for NMP is finally completed through the three-stage countercurrent extraction. The solvent extraction process has the advantages of obvious extraction effect, fast separation speed, and high extraction efficiency.
