Composition: Strong acid corrosive solution, viscous

Phosphoric acid + sulfuric acid = 4:1 (phosphoric acid 85% + sulfuric acid 98%)

Aluminum ion: 15-25G/L, water: 5-8%, specific gravity: 1.69

Cleaning water solution: total acid 15%, specific gravity 1.1-1.2, aluminum ion concentration 5-6g/L. The above solution concentration is 85%, and the cleaning solution concentration it produces is 15-20%, phosphoric acid accounts for 10%, sulfuric acid accounts for 5%, and the total amount of cleaning solution is 20-30 tons per day (15% concentration).

Purpose: To remove 60-70% of aluminum ions, so that the solution can be regenerated and recycled. It can also be removed multiple times, and the separation is sufficient as long as the aluminum ions can be removed and the phosphoric acid is not destroyed or lost excessively.
