The stripping section obtains tetravalent vanadium, which is then oxidized to obtain pentavalent vanadium, forming a supersaturated system of pentavalent vanadium, and crystallizing polyvanadic acid precipitation. The new ammonium-free vanadium precipitation process is simple to operate during the production process, with high vanadium purity and few impurities.
