Centrifugal Extractor Operation Steps
1.Pretreatment stage: In this stage, the operator needs to prepare the sample and perform necessary pretreatment, such as removing impurities or diluting the sample, to ensure that the subsequent centrifugation can proceed smoothly.
2.Sample loading and setting parameters: Load the pretreated sample into the centrifugal extractor and set key parameters such as speed and centrifugation time according to the experimental requirements. The selection of these parameters is crucial to the separation effect and needs to be optimized according to the specific application and sample characteristics.
3.Centrifugation process: Under the action of centrifugal force, the components in the sample will form different layers in the centrifuge tube according to their density, and the target components will precipitate to the bottom of the centrifuge tube.
4.Collect the target components: After the centrifugation is completed, the layers containing the target components in the centrifuge tube are collected according to the stratification. These collected samples will serve as the basis for subsequent analysis or application.
5.Post-processing and analysis: After the target components are collected, further processing may be required, such as dissolution, concentration or purification, to obtain a high-purity API reaction liquid.
