Ionic Rare Earth Mineral Extraction Equipment

The ionic rare earth ore extraction system uses CWL-650M centrifugal extractor. Previously, Zhengzhou TIEI Extraction cooperated with Beijing Nonferrous Metals Research Institute to establish a rare earth concentration production line at Chinalco Guangxi Rare Earth Mine.

This production line adopts extraction technology, and the main machine is Zhengzhou TIEI Extraction CWL650-M Centrifugal Extractor. The whole production process does not produce ammonia nitrogen wastewater and radioactive waste residue. It not only solves the technical problems such as low resource recycling rate in the process of leaching, enrichment, separation and purification of ionic rare earth minerals, and serious waste pollution. And it also greatly reduces equipment operating costs and labor output costs, effectively promoting the further development of rare earth green development technology.
